We are excited to share our new 2024-2025 Annual Community Report: Connecting vision to action. 

Our annual community report is how we share progress on operational goals, moments of excellence, yearly statistics and financials with the community. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to hear directly from those we serve.  

This year we were able to connect with a family to get their perspective on the importance of engagement, spend time with youth on the HCFS youth council and hear about a youth who travelled all the way to Manitoba to visit the land of her ancestors.
