At Hamilton Child and Family Supports, we work alongside children, youth, and families facing complex challenges. The most common reasons families connect with our services are caregiver mental health and addiction challenges and children’s exposure to intimate partner violence.
Today, we support over 372 families across Hamilton, with 98.8% of families receiving support in their homes and communities, helping children remain connected to the people and places that matter most.

Two Ways to Help
❤️ Grateful Hearts Holiday Support Program
Supporting 350+ families annually, the Grateful Hearts Program provides Walmart gift cards that allow families to purchase what they need most for their holiday celebrations.
This flexible approach respects family choice and supports the diverse traditions of our community, including Christmas, Hanukkah, Ramadan, Diwali, and more.

🎁 Community Chest
Help stock our Community Chest with gifts that workers can share directly with children, youth, and families during the holidays.
We welcome:

- Other new gifts for children and youth
